Jenga Saddlepeace was completed across nine (9) lots in a quiet northeast Calgary neighbourhood. The homes were positioned close to schools, a temple, and everyday amenities, with convenient access to downtown. The goal was simple: build practical, well-designed detached homes that fit naturally into an established suburban setting.
The project included two home designs — Sharita (1,745 sq. ft.) and Ashmeet (1,535 sq. ft.). Each home was built based on the client’s selected layout and finish package. The designs focused on functional floor plans, efficient use of space, and family-oriented living.
Rather than overcomplicating the architecture, the emphasis was on livability — open main floors, practical storage, and layouts that worked for everyday life. Saddlepeace delivered a collection of detached homes that balanced design consistency with client-driven customization.
